Scope of Work/Overview:
Objective: Convert this room to accommodate 4 video conferencing suites. Work to include: construction of walls and doors, adjustments to lighting zones and HVAC ventilation, additional sprinkler heads/ fire alarm devices might be required, also to include floor/trim/painting finishing work.
Additional Description:
Work of this Contract comprises implementing federal government office fit-up construction work on the ground floor of Edmonton RCMP Forensic Lab, 15707 118 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5V 1B7. The general contractor shall supply all required equipment and materials and complete all construction work as per the scope and design requirements that are specified in the project design drawings and specifications. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, construction of walls, doors and ceilings; adjustments (relocations and additions) to lighting fixtures, power/communication receptacles, HVAC diffusers/grillers, sprinkler heads to suit new room layout; trimming and painting finishing work, etc. Refer to the tender package for detail scope of work and design requirements.
The contractor shall also perform all construction work as per BGIS’s directions/requirements and government department’s applicable standards
