Department of National Defense (DND) would like to complete security upgrades for Suite 201 with result in the detachment complying with current security standards. Currently DND is utilizing a hard key system for all doors. Tenant is requesting a FOB system that is compatible with HID cards and can be programmed on site including installation of panic button and lights, crash bars on doors and access button at front desk.

The intent of this notice is to finalize Bidder"s List. Proponents are hereby notified that in order to be eligible under this notification, their firm must hold, at minimum, a Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) certificate issued by CISD. Respondents must provide proof of their DOS Clearance by submitting their Security Clearance certificate and/or number.

If you would like to be invited for RFQ;
1) please submit proof of DOS Clearance.
2) Sign attached NDA.

Only those Proponents will be invited to take part in RFQ; who will submit above mentioned documents in Merx and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with BGIS.

At the time of submitting security information in Merx, System will prompt to enter dollar amount; please enter $1.
