You are invited to submit an offer and delivery date for the supply of the following to the City of Victoria:

As an overview, the Commercial Unit Renovation Project intends to rehabilitate a pre-existing restaurant space by, among other things:

• Establishing new mechanical systems throughout the space including HVAC, bathroom venting, and grease interceptors;
• Re-establishing all electrical connections to the new panel, as well as rerunning electrical service throughout the space as specified;
• Trenching and re-running of plumbing connections for bathrooms, and kitchen (including backflow preventors);
• iv.Re-framing of walls to establish one accessible washroom, including one utility closet;
• v. Drywalling and mudding throughout the space, excluding the ceilings;
• vi. Establishment of basic fixtures and equipment; and
• vii. Optional Scope item - Re-framing of walls to establish one standard washroom including associated bathroom venting and plumbing
