Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Miovision Technologies Inc for the supply and delivery/provision of Miovision 360 - Beatty Transp Upgrades

SCOPE OF WORK: The solution is a 360-degree camera designed for traffic management and data collection at intersections. It provides a comprehensive view of the entire intersection, enabling features like turning movement counts, and traffic analysis. The corresponding software helps cities assess traffic patterns.

DIRECT AWARD: The vendor’s technology has already demonstrated its ability to meet City requirements, with established performance metrics and a track record of reliability. Proceeding with the same vendor ensures uninterrupted service delivery and maintains consistency for City staff and the public, avoiding the learning curve and transition challenges that may arise with a new provider.

The contract is valued at approximately $35,000.00 CAD
