Description

This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Traffic Counting Services . The District of Saanich is seeking Traffic Counting Services for the District’s annual traffic count program performed twice annually as well as on an as and when requested basis. The services required include turning movement counts and midblock traffic counts.
