Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms (the “proponents”) with demonstrated experience in telecommunications network operations. Clearwater County (the “County”) is seeking support for a range of managed services activities related to the County-owned open-access broadband network, which includes a core backbone, fibre-to-the-premises (“FTTX”) infrastructure, and County-operated 4G LTE wireless assets. The County intends to use this RFP process to identify one or more proponents to fulfill operational roles within its network operations model. Proponents may respond to individual portions of the scope or to multiple areas, depending on their strengths and interests. The County welcomes specialized or partial responses where a proponent can demonstrate excellence in a defined set of responsibilities.
