Description

The Province, as represented by the Minister of Forests through BC Wildfire Service (“BCWS”), is seeking proposals from Proponents that have demonstrable capacity, capability and experience to provide Structural Protection Fitting Supply Services to the BCWS Provincial Equipment Depots located in Chilliwack, BC. The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be three (3) years with option of two (2) additional 1-year extension terms.
Services are to be supplied on a more or less, as, if and when requested basis for the period starting from 01-October 2025 to 30-September-2028. Due to the emergency nature of supply stocking for Wildfire/Disaster Emergency’s, and the Ministry’s concern over an interrupted supply, the Supplier should confirm that the supply of items (complete quantity and all items listed) would be within 15 days from the date of order. The Ministry intends to enter into a Contract with one successful Proponent.
Throughout the Contract Term, the requirement for supply services will vary based on wildfire and or natural disaster emergency response activities and timelines. The Province is seeking a Proponent who can be responsive and adaptive to increased or decreased supply demands.
