Description

The City is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the purpose of retaining up to five (5) qualified consulting firms to provide specialist environmental consulting services for various construction projects on an as needed basis. The required specialist environmental consulting services include, but may not be limited to:
• Environmental Construction Operations (ECO) Plans;
• Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Plans;
• Tree Protection Plans (TPP);
• Biophysical Impact Assessments (BIA), Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3;
• Environmental site inspections; and
• Support for regulatory approvals, permits, and project compliance.
