Description

Civida is seeking up to two (2) qualified painting services contractors to provide on-demand material, labour and equipment, services and incidentals to provide vacant and occupied unit painting services at various Civida-managed residential properties within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area. Refer to the property map for all locations: (Google Map of Sites). Civida’s property portfolio is split into eight (8) property districts within the City of Edmonton and area and are subject to change from time to time. The districts have been divided into two (2) service areas (“Service Area”) as follows: • Service Area 1 (Property Districts A, C, D, and E) • Service Area 2 (Property Districts B, F, G, and H) A proponent may submit pricing for more than one Service Area. It is Civida’s intent to award this RFP to no more than two (2) proponents. Civida in its sole discretion will determine the allocation of Service Areas among the top-ranked proponents. The successful contractor will be the primary contractor for the allocated Service Area; however, Civida reserves the right to issue Purchase Orders to both primary contractors during high demand periods.
