This project will include the cleaning, remediation, repair and replacement of the affected components of the building. The restoration scope of work prepared by FirstOnSite includes Locker Room, Men"s Washroom, Kitchen and the hallway, and the Boardroom as well as removing the debris disposal. Remediation requirements will need to be confirmed and revised if needed. The Hazmat assessment was completed, and the materials found presumed to be hazardous due to the nature. Additional Hazmat investigation will be required. As the building is occupied, the restoration works have to take place after hours, or during the weekends.
