The project involves modifications to exterior fuel tank pads, installation of new product transfer areas, and replacement of fuel tanks at Buildings 110, 178, and 840 at 5 Wing Goose Bay, Labrador. Work includes fuel recovery and disposal, supply and installation of a new double-walled tank at Building 110, installation of DND-supplied tanks at Buildings 178 and 840, temporary fuel systems to ensure minimal downtime, concrete pad construction/modification, geotechnical testing, and Professional Engineer oversight. All work must comply with CSA B139, ULC/CAN S601, and environmental regulations. Refer to tender documents for full scope and specifications.
