Description

Complete upgrades to the fire alarm system as per the recommended Option 1 identified in the BGIS completed FIRE ALARM STUDY Project GOC5135308. The Study to be reviewed and validated by the Consultant. Upgrades include fire panel replacement, replacing bells with horns. Ensure fire alarm system integration with other building systems (HVAC, generator, elevator, pre-action system etc). Ensure the design addresses any code related deficiencies, verify that existing wiring can be re-used, and other improvements and other improvements.
