The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into a CCDC 5B 2010 Contract (Appendix B) with Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) to take on the role and responsibilities of the Construction Manager in providing construction management services for the Nanaimo Lantzville Long Term Care Home Project (“Project”).
