Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 14 July 2025 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary : Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) is conducting HI-6 and nerve agent studies for submission to Health Canada. Part of the submission will require the acquisition and analysis of cardiac electrical function based on Electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings. A system to properly acquire ECG recordings and a clinical assessment of those recordings is required. DRDC will be performing ECG analysis on a weekly to monthly basis and submitting results for evaluation as they are obtained.
