Description

The objective is to engage a qualified consultant to support the NRC Evaluation team in planning and conducting an evaluation of an NRC research centre. Key deliverables and tasks include developing evaluation terms of reference, an evaluation matrix, data collection tools, participation in data collection, data analysis, and the production of preliminary findings, draft reports, and final reports. The consultant will also attend planning and client meetings, respond to feedback, and potentially assist with administering an expert peer review committee. The ultimate goal is to produce an evidence-based evaluation report that identifies strengths and areas for improvement for the research centre.
