PWGSC, on behalf of ECCC, is issuing this a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of one (1) Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) 6.1m-6.4m Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Rigid Hulled Inflatable Boat (RHIB), two (2) outboard motors, and one (1) trailer located in Nova Scotia, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
