Description

The Contractor will be responsible for the hazardous materials abatement, demolition, removal, and proper disposal of structures and contents of the Eremenko Building, located at 310 Columbia Avenue and 1224 3rd Street in Castlegar, BC. The Eremenko Building consists of a store and apartments, constructed in 1948 and a shop, constructed in 1968.
