Description

The District invites submissions of Expression of Interest from established Mechanical Contractors with experience
providing preventative maintenance of municipal facility HVAC and mechanicial systems. This EOI process may
result in non-exclusive agreements for regularly-scheduled Preventative Maintenance (or emergency repair) of
equipment including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Air-Source Heat Pumps, Chillers, Oil- and Gas-fired boilers, domestic water storage tanks, roof and ceiling-mounted air handling units and split unit HVAC, Energy
Recovery Ventilators (ERV) and Heat-Recovery Ventilators (HRV), various circulating and fluid transfer pumps,
sanitary and storm sump pumps, backflow preventers. Projects could include planned or emergency replacement of the subject equipment.
