Description

The work in this Contract includes the supply of all labour, materials and equipment required to construct the Spruce Grove - First Avenue Alley - Utilities Rehab. The project includes but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Traffic and pedestrian accommodations and staging, 2. Work site management including temporary construction facilities, fencing and utility coordination, 3. Removals, 4. Sanitary replacement including mainline sanitary sewer, manhole installations, and sanitary service reconnections, 5. Watermain replacement consisting of AC pipe abandonment, watermain installation, CC replacement and valve replacements, 6. Storm catch basin relocation, 7. Gravel surface restoration and rough grading, including granular material and restoration of concrete surface, 8. Inspections, warranty, and maintenance.
