Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) invites Proposals from Proponents for the provision of Construction Management Services for prefabricated additions to be constructed at Blue Mountain Elementary School.

The District is seeking qualified Proponents with proven track record of providing construction management services at risk for projects in K-12 school setting. The contract type will be CCDC-5B with conversion to a CCDC-2 2020 after the RFP closes and a lead proponent is identified. The Construction Management services provider is expected to be involved in the construction management of all elements related to this build from the time of award to project completion.

The Project is at the Request for Proposals stage and the Building Permit has been applied for in March 2025.
