Description

The purpose of this EOI is to invite Non-Profit Housing Providers to submit proposals for the provision of Non-Market Housing Operator Services for an approximately 50-unit affordable multi-family rental apartment building. The successful proponent would support the District of Ucluelet and Development Consultant with the submission of an upcoming BC Housing Community Housing Fund call for proposal. Should the application be successful, the proponent would enter into a long-term lease of the site and manage design, construction and operations of the housing project.
