Description

The City is looking for proponents to submit proposals to supply equipment, materials and labor to install a new 18-meter x 1.5 m wide walkway, stairs, railings (handrails and guard rails), landings, and all structural connections including foundation types as per the attached Appendixes.
Type of materials, and construction methodology to be determined and submitted by proponent. Structure and materials to follow BC Building codes. Proponent may submit multiple options.
Structural and Geotechnical components, if required or deemed necessary, will be up to the proponent to accommodate and provide accordingly.
The drawing(s) must be professionally stamped and sealed.
