Description

The City of Calgary (The City) requires qualified firms to provide real estate appraisal services. The City is seeking the service of up to eight (8) experienced appraisers and appraisal firms for each category: Category 1: Acquisitions, Dispositions and Leasing Real Estate Appraisals for Improved Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Vacant properties. Category 2: Cash-In-Lieu Real Estate Appraisals This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations.
