Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Audio Visual Systems: Loudspeaker Replacement for Festival Place, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is seeking quotations from qualified respondents to replace the performance loudspeaker system currently installed in the Festival Place Theatre. The new loudspeaker system will support events including corporate presentations, musical theatre as well as host touring artists. Rider friendliness is a consideration of this tender. Proponents are requested to provide details of those artists who accept the proposed system (model specific) listed on their rider. Proponents should refer to sections 1.4.3 and 1.5.1 of the Invitation and Submission Instructions (Part 1) for instructions regarding how to request and also submit the EASE 4.4 Project Design File (Attachment 8), as this document is not accessible through the County’s electronic bidding system.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit / Pre-Proposal Meeting – refer to section 1.4.2 of the Invitation and Submission Instructions (Part 1) of the RFP.
