Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Board of Trustees of Edmonton School Division (the “Division”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for consulting on a Heat Pump Study, as further described in the Purpose section and Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on April 28, 2025 10:00:00 AM local time. Any proponent interested in attending must email pcs@epsb.ca for an invitation. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to clarify any questions proponents may have regarding this RFP. Attendance is optional and is not a condition of contract award. No information provided by the Division or its representatives at the pre-bid meeting shall be binding, unless such information is included in an Addendum.
