Description

Northern Lights School Division (NLSD) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced custodians to provide comprehensive janitorial and snow removal services for the selected sites, effective July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028. Bids for the Bonnyville Division Office and Lac La Biche Office are for janitorial services only and no snow removal services are required. All of the school site bids would be for the inclusion of janitorial and snow removal services. Please provide a list of references for current clients that custodial services are being provided with a preference of providing school related references where possible. Interested parties are required to meet all performance criteria outlined in clause 8, all insurance criteria outlined in clause 17 and all other requirements outlined in the Agreement Template. Successful applicants will be working around sensitive information and would be expected to adhere to all privacy legislation subject to NLSD and are to provide criminal reference checks, including a vulnerable sector check. Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal outlining the specific site(s) to provide a bid for services. Proposals must clearly identify each site and the corresponding bid amounts as detailed in the Custodial Services Bid Sheet. Interested parties may bid on one or multiple sites as desired. The lowest bid may not necessarily be accepted and each site will be evaluated independently. A contract awarded may be for the entire bid or selected sites of the bid package provided.
