Description

The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to complete a Flood and Steep Creek Hazard Policy and Regulations Review. The main deliverable for the project is the development of updated floodplain bylaws and associated mapping schedules for the RDCK and the Village of Salmo. It will incorporate previous hazard mapping (2019-present) and include broad land use planning policy recommendations relevant to all jurisdictions within the Region.
