Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for City of Abbotsford – 32160 & 32315 S. Fraser Way – Leased Dark Fiber Connection – Installation, Maintenance, and Support, as further described in Section A of the RFP.

The service requirements include the installation and 24x7x365 maintenance and support of an end-to-end leased dark fiber connection between two City buildings: 32160 South Fraser Way and 32315 South Fraser Way (City Hall).

The initial term of the resulting contract is for a period of three (3) years with two 1-year or one 2-year optional extensions, by mutual agreement.
