Description

VFPA is seeking proposals for the water lot parcels located in Burrard Inlet fronting Harbourside Place, North Vancouver, BC labelled as parcels A, B, C, and D (for more details, refer to the attached Schedule A – Lease Brochure) that will encourage efficient movement of domestic trade. Proponents are not limited to buoys only or leasing all of the parcels and may propose site adjustments for alternative mooring arrangements.

(A) Proposals are to be submitted electronically via email to the attention of the contact addresses identified in Section 1 (C) and must be received on or before 3:00 pm. Pacific Data Time (“PDT”), on May 5, 2025. The subject line should include the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) P250505-02 – Water Lot Lease Opportunity Navy Buoys Burrard Inlet. The proponent is responsible for ensuring that the emailed proposal is delivered and received successfully by the proposal deadline. Late proposals may not be considered.

(B) All inquiries relating to this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Contact Person no later than 3:00 p.m. PDT on April 29, 2025 (deadline for inquiries).
