Description

The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposal from Construction Management Firms in accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this Request for this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Construction Manager (CM) to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for CRHC"s proposed affordable housing development, located at 1183 Verdier Ave, Central Saanich, British Columbia.

All proponents are encouraged to review the mandatory criteria within Appendix "D" - Evaluation Form and Procedures of the RFP.
