Description

The Vendor will be required to complete the laboratory analysis of select “Bioassays” using Chemical Activated Luciferase gene eXpression “CALUX®”, “Microtox®” or OECD approved bioassays from passive sampler extracts provided by the Ministry.
The specific bioassays include:
• Cytotoxicity and/ or Microtox® Assay;
• Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
• Estrogen Activity Assay
• Anti- Androgen Activity Assay
• Thyroid Receptor beta Activation
• Steroidogenesis Activation Assay
A maximum of 150 samples will be submitted.
