Description

Based on physical visits and GPS measuring at each field location, the successful bidder will be required to provide the following deliverables:

1) Two (2) copies of each geo-referenced map of each producer’s fields on a page (8½” X 11”) identifying all fields for each tobacco producer. Each of these maps is to include:

• Title of Ontario Tobacco including crop year
• Grower ID#
• Grower name
• Road names and landmarks
• Acres of each field measured to one decimal place
• Total Acres on Page
• Total Acres for each producer if they have multiple pages of maps
• Map # of a series for each producer
• Scale of map

2) A set of two (2) “master” maps to be created to be used for aerial surveys. These maps will include the following:

• Title of Ontario Tobacco including crop year
• County names including township names if required
• Road names and land marks
• All fields in that growing county and or township including grower name and ID#
• Scale of Map
