TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category: 2.7 NEEDS ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH CONSULTANT – LEVEL 3 (SENIOR)


The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:

NRCan is seeking 1 resource, a senior 2.7 needs analysis and research consultant with the objective to:

• Provide expert scientific advice to the Environmental Studies Research Fund (ESRF) Management Board in support of the Board’s review and selection of ESRF-funded studies.
• To collaborate with the ESRF Secretariat in providing expert scientific advice as requested by the ESRF Management Board, on the scientific development of projects being funded by the ESRF.
