Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted.

Requirement: The Canadian Health Measures Survey (CHMS) at Statistics Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 108kg dry ice on a weekly basis for 4 or 5 weeks + 1 optional week to their 16 mobile clinic locations across Canada, when each location is operating, and 16 deliveries of 12kg dry ice on a monthly basis to their head office in Ottawa. Contract Period: July 1, 2025 – August 31, 2027
