Description

Based on the needs of the now dispersed Jasper Community after the 2024 Jasper Wildfire, the Municipality is pursuing regional public transportation service. The Municipality is seeking to contract the operation of regional public transportation services as a ‘turnkey’ solution to be implemented by Summer 2025. This Regional Transit Service is being provided as an interim solution during Jasper’s Recovery. However, at the discretion of Municipal Council, and pending feedback from the Jasper and Hinton communities and the results of the service, this interim service may be extended.
