Description

The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide Project Management Services to the College. Reporting to the NorQuest College Project Director, the successful proponent will be responsible for overseeing the management, communication, and administration for the Career Skills Centre (CSC) project. As a central point of contact, their key responsibilities may include but not limited to the following: ▪ Project planning ▪ Budget management ▪ Schedule management ▪ Resource allocation ▪ Risk management ▪ Contract management ▪ Quality control ▪ Liaise with stakeholders ▪ Documentation ▪ Problem solving ▪ Client relations ▪ Closeout/Handover Details of the service requirements are contained within this RFP.
