Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of the complete reconstruction of approximately 400 metres of Calder Street including new water main, Sanitary sewer, Storm sewer, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, and all related work, will be received until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 29, 2025 by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:
Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.

Tender opening method:
A public opening of tenders will take place at the office of the Town of Shediac (at the address above) immediately following the close of the tendering period.

A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Shediac must accompany each tender.

No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
