The Town of Rothesay ("Rothesay") is seeking quotes from qualified individuals/ firms to provide to modify the existing tennis courts to pickle ball courts including a resurfacing (plexipave)
and fencing modifications and repairs.
Sealed bids in envelopes signed by an authorized representative of the respective Bidder and labeled "Rothesay Tender No. R-2025-004, Wells Park Pickleball Court" shall be received in
accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
All questions concerning the procurement process shall be directed to Charles Jensen, Director of Recreation and Parks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. or E-mail to
CharlesJensen@rothesay.ca.
Rothesay reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in its entirety, or in part, whichever in its opinion best serves the interest of the Municipality.
Each tender shall be submitted on or before the closing date of April 22nd, 2025 at 2:30 pm.
Each tender shall include a bid bond equal to 10% of the overall tender price including HST.

Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to
be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender.
The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.
The project shall be substantially completed on or before August 15th, 2025.
This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as
indicated in the tender notice.
