Description

This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Cowichan Community Centre (CCC) HVAC Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The CVRD is seeking bids from qualified contractors to supply all the labour, materials and equipment required to complete HVAC upgrades at the Cowichan Community Centre located at 2687 James Street, Duncan, BC.
