Description

The City of Spruce Grove requests the supply and delivery for One (1) HD Regular Cab 4 X 4 Pick Up; with the minimum specification and options outlined on the attached specification work sheet. Consideration will be given on any vehicle that is equal or superior to the vehicle specified herein. Decisions of equivalency will be at the soler interpretation of the City. A blanket statement that the product proposed will meet all requirements will not be sufficient to establish equivalence.
