Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Cardio Fitness Equipment for Servus Credit Union Place Recreation Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City requires supply, delivery, installation, and setup of several pieces of new cardio fitness equipment at Servus Credit Union Place Recreation Centre as follows: six (6) upright cardio fitness bikes, and six (6) recumbent cardio fitness bikes. The proponent must be able to supply, deliver and install all the required equipment listed on this RFP. The City will only be contracting with one vendor and will not be accepting response for partial list of equipment. The bid document(s) for this opportunity are posted on https://stalbert.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en for viewing and downloading. All correspondence regarding this opportunity will be communicated through Bids&Tenders only. Bids will only be received through the electronic bidding system. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted.
