Description

Assignment # 5024-E-0033 - The successful respondent to be on retainer to provide environmental specialist services related to transportation projects in conformance with, but not limited to the MTO Fisheries Guide and supporting documentation, the Fisheries Act, the Migratory Birds Convention Act, Species at Risk Act, and the Endangered Species Act. In addition to this, the proponent will respond to terrestrial natural sciences concerns, requirements for archaeological and heritage investigations, and complete screenings under the Class Environmental Assessment process as well as inclusion of Archaeological/Environmental Community Field Liaison from Indigenous Communities.
