Description

Skwlax te Secwepemculecw (SteS) is looking for a proponent that can deliver a highest and best use analysis (Analysis) that will provide insightful and data-based information on the maximized revenue generating uses for the industrial lot. The Analysis will play a vital role in exploring economic opportunities and assist in guiding future development of the Industrial Park. Furthermore, SteS envisions this Analysis as reflecting its mission, vision and values to the highest degree, along with its commitment to providing services to the community and protecting the Tmícw (land) for the next seven generations.
