Description

SAIT is inviting experienced and qualified suppliers for the procurement of fitness equipment for Taylor Family Campus Centre (TFCC) to respond to this RFP. The intent is to select the appropriate Supplier(s) for: The supply, installation, configuration, of specified equipment as detailed in the attached appendices, and which generally includes an array of fitness equipment located in various Athletics and Recreation areas of the new facility. This RFP outlines the requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria for supplier selection. Respondents are required to submit comprehensive and compliant proposals by the deadline specified. Length of Agreement – In order to meet present and future needs, the Agreement term that SAIT will entertain with the selected Supplier will be for a three (3) year initial term, with the option to extend the Agreement for two (2), one (1) year terms.
