Description

This project will reduce the school’s area from 13,093 m2 to 10,417 m2 to accommodate an 820-student capacity for grades 7-12, while upgrading architectural, mechanical, electrical, and functional deficiencies in the existing school. The school would retain its large CTS and drama spaces; one gym would become an open gathering area; excess classroom space would be removed in some of the oldest areas; necessary upgrades to mechanical, electrical, roofing, building envelope and minor modernization of the CTS, drama, gymnasium areas and some classrooms would be completed. The project delivery method will be a Design-Bid-Build (DBB).
