Description

The scope of work contemplated in this RFP consists of three parts: pre-construction collaboration, cost validation, and construction services for the Foothills Okotoks Regional Water Project. These three parts will proceed separately for Phases 2 and 3 and Phase 5. The Town in intending to proceed with Phases 2 and 3 through this RFP. Phase 5 is subject to approval from the County pending successful negotiations with the highest ranked Proponent.
