Description

The Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services (SCSS), Procurement & Resource Management, North Zone is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the development and delivery of a Workforce Development Initiative serving Persons with Disabilities in the Edmonton area.

Workforce Development projects provide participants with employment development activities, work exposure, work maintenance and additional supports to address barriers and support effective labour market attachment. Projects will also work closely with employers providing Clients with work exposure and job connection.

For clarity, this RFP is a Contract selection process and is not intended to be considered a solicitation pursuant to Alberta Government’s Procurement and Sole Sourcing Directive or other trade agreement obligations. This RFP serves to provide contract funding to entities that align with the goal and intent of this initiative as determined at the discretion of the Province. Proponents are invited to submit proposals for the provision of Workforce Development services for Persons with Disabilities
