Description

This RFP is issued by BC Hydro to obtain Proposals from parties wishing to provide services related to the supply of Locks, Keys, and Door Hardware to BC Hydro.

To secure a new three (3) year contract (with options to extend) for Locks, Keys and Door Hardware. This Contract will commence on Jan 06th, 2025 and expire at 11:59:59 pm on January 05th, 2028 (the "Term"). BC Hydro may at its sole discretion extend the Term for up to two (2) additional periods of two (2) year each by giving notice to the Contractor at any time before expiry of the Term.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (3) years, which may be extended for up to (4) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (7) years.
