Description

The City is seeking a supplier for civil infrastructure installation. This involves surface works, including sidewalks, roads, and landscaping, as well as underground infrastructure repairs such as manhole grouting and the installation of trapping hoods on catch basins. As part of a subdivision or development project, developers are responsible for addressing any deficiencies that arise within one year after the installation is substantially complete. If developers cannot repair or replace civil infrastructure in a timely manner, the City reserves the right to undertake these repairs, replacements, or installations at the developer"s expense. The supplier will also be tasked with repairing, replacing, or installing development-related works
