Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of 155m of new sanitary sewer pipe and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 12, 2024. The tender opening will be performed virtually.

Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.

Tender submission method:

Tenders shall be received electronically. Tender submission, with all required documents combined into one PDF format file, must be sent as an attachment via email to Ms. Jinette McCormack. Email subject for Tender Submission shall be in this format:

Name

A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Community of Three Rivers must accompany each tender.

No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
